Renowned Los Angeles-based architect Steve Hermann completed his newest project entitled "Glass Pavilion" in Montecito, California. The residence measures 13,875 square feet and is built around three and a half acres of greenery. The home has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a kitchen, wine room and art balcony.
Steve Hermann originally planed to live in the home; however, the residence is now listed for $35 million. The project took six years.
Philip Johnson's famous glass house (1949) in New Canaan, CT may have been an inspiration for Hermann.
