Color Splash: Miami

Color Splash: Miami is one of my favorite HGTV shows, and the best part is that it takes place in the city I live and love! Designer David Bromstad adds spice, spunk and splashes of vibrant hues to his projects. He can take an outdated interior disaster and transform it into a gorgeous, unique living space.

Here are some before and after shots:

After:
(The neutral walls against the brown sofa with splashy pops of pink and yellow makes for a chic, happy look. This proves that by changing a few key elements you can make a boring, bulky room beautiful)

After:
(The Moroccan-inspired room is so creative. I love the light fixtures and velvet tufted chaise at the end of the bed. The purples and oranges work great together, and all the accessories are spot on to complete the look)

After:
(I love the large mirror with the animal print frame! The reflection of the dining room makes the room look more spacious. The glass buffet works well and brightens the space)

After:
(The orange artwork, painted by Bromstad himself, on the blue-green walls gives the room a fun, modern feel. The organic chairs add to the fresh look, and the aluminum funky-shaped chandelier finalizes the chic dining area)
