A new home decor shop has come to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic -- Azul Mar. With Continental antiques and unique furniture and accessories such as petrified-wood stools from Iran, this is the ultimate stop for exotic finds.
(I love how the space was staged. The design reminds me of Kelly Wearstler's asthetic, and some of the pieces even resemble accessories she uses in her interiors. I also love each piece that was chosen, and the dark walls against the light and neutral furniture works well)
Collectibles such as rock crystals from Russia, coral from the Mediterranean Sea, chinchilla-fur throws and stone-and-bone sculptures crafted by local artisans can be found in this Caribbean destination.
