Lilly Pulitzer's Furniture Line Launches Summer 2011

It's time for preppy furniture to enter the interior design world! Today I discovered that ultra preppy fashion designer Lilly Pulitzer is launching a furniture collection this summer. The 200 piece furniture line debuted at the fall International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, N.C.

The collection will include traditional and midcentury shapes for the bedroom, dining room and living room. The casegoods will have Palm Beach white finishes, mahogany veneers, woven materials and colorful lacquers. There is no surprise that the palette is bright and cheery with clean lines.
